Order Processing

All custom 3D printed orders are manufactured to order.

Most orders are produced and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Larger, more complex, or high-volume orders may require additional production time. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking information (where applicable).

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will work with Royal Mail to investigate the issue.
