These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PrintPilot website and any orders placed through our online store.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Custom Manufacturing
PrintPilot manufactures products based on customer-supplied files and specifications.
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- Uploaded files are correct.
- Dimensions are accurate.
- Material selection is appropriate.
- The design is suitable for 3D printing.
3. Intellectual Property
By uploading files, you confirm that:
- You own the design, or
- You have permission to reproduce it.
PrintPilot accepts no responsibility for copyright or intellectual property infringement relating to customer-uploaded files.
4. Product Appearance
Due to the nature of FDM 3D printing:
- Layer lines are normal.
- Minor cosmetic variations may occur.
- Colours may vary slightly between filament batches.
These characteristics are not considered defects.
5. Pricing
All prices shown are in GBP (£).
Prices may change without prior notice.
6. Payment
Payment must be received before production begins.
Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully processed.
7. Production Times
Estimated production times are provided as guidance only.
Complex prints or high order volumes may require additional manufacturing time.
8. Limitation of Liability
PrintPilot shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of products supplied.
Customers are responsible for ensuring printed parts are suitable for their intended application.
9. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
